Success Stories: Sunshine


Sunshine came to Kandu Fitness in 2013 looking for a place to get into shape, feel better and improve the quality of her life. One of the most dedicated members Sunshine hits it hard each workout 3-5 days per week and has dialed in her nutrition with regular meal prep and diet tracking. Over the past few years Sunshine has lost over 30lbs and 17 total inches from her body.

A mother, wife, student and full time manager Sunshine squeezes in early morning workouts and sometimes late night sessions in order to stay in great shape. She embodies the “Kandu Attitude” with lots of determination and hard work.
