Great place to work out without the pressure of a gym. Usually small classes that allow the trainer to focus on each individual as they progress. Coach Dave is very knowledgeable and his guidance makes a difference. Is not just about doing the exercises is about knowing what they are doing to your body and how properly execute the movements. Kandu Fitness isn't your typical boot camp class or crazy cross fit, it is set in an intimate group training environment that is fun and challenging at the same time.
